Q: Is the cap vented? If it gets really hot, does the tank swell?

I now always leave the cap lose as to vent air. Kept the container in a hot garage and one day noticed it drastically 'compressed'. Not bloated or swelled but as if vacuumed air out. I don't know the physics behind gasoline, but there was a large amount of negative pressure which doesn't seem ideal for gasoline. Once the cap was loosened the container returned to normal shape.

Q: Does this can have a clear strip of plastic which shows the fuel level?

Yes. The back side of the can (not pictured) has a clear strip showing the level/content.

Q: Does this can have two handles, one on the top and one on the back?

NO, it only has the top handle, the only downside to this gas "can". A second handle on the back would make it a perfect product

Q: Is this gas can safe to put in the back of my motortrike?

No can is safe on the back of a bike
