Not neon
By "Neon" I think they mean "florescent" rather than the red-orange-yellow spectral lines of neon. It's pinkish and a bit translucent. It is not a useful filter for Nixie tubes. The 5 stars are because I was pretty sure this wasn't what I wanted but it was worth the chance, and otherwise it's excellent.

Used it to change some light pods from white to orange, held up in a Canadian winter no problem and it cut super well and clean too.
