It's peanut butter mochi, of course it's delicious
I should mention first that I live in the united states and am not Japanese, so my opinion comes from US taste buds, but this stuff is delicious. Sometimes the mochi you buy comes dry but this has always come soft and delicious, and the peanut butter filling is addictive. It's one of those sweets that isn't too sweet and I love it. I've gotten it as a gift for my spouse and father-in-law multiple times and they also love it (and my father-in-law actually has lived in japan for several years and has subsequently visited many times for business, so his opinion has a little more weight than mine).

So sad
I'm very disappointed. This is not the same daifuku I have been enjoying before. It's more like the traditional daifuku and does have a good peanut flavor. However it's really not what I really like. What happened to the other brand?

Like it. Lot.
Love it. It taste just like what I had when I was kid. Very similar to Japanese style. (It's not every product written in Japanese taste like Japanese.)

Moldy Mochi that made me sick
This moldy mochi is likely the reason for my nausea, violent diarrhea, and low fever today. I got a package of two boxes. The first box had what appeared to be slightly green peanuts around the edges, discolored white spots, but as a person who tends to have a strong stomach I figured I’d risk it.Bad idea. I realized the squishy mochi part tasted very sour, and the rest tasted off. By the sixth one I started to eat I realized it was a bad idea and they were spoiled and what I saw was mold. They were very hard as well. Flavor would’ve been great if they weren’t expired.I opened the second box to show you guys, but it appears to be in slightly better condition than the first. The silica packet in the first box that you don’t eat was hard and crispy, and the packet in the second box I opened was slightly softer. It was also weird they put the expiration date in the MIDDLE of the package clear as day considering they were clearly expired. Maybe don’t sell these anymore!Moral of the story. Read all the reviews. Another person had posted they had an issue. And if you see what appears to be mold, and it tastes sour, don’t risk it. Also, don’t order this product. I’m not enjoying these giant piles of doo doo I’m having to deal with today.

I frequently buy.
This mochi is my favourite flavor. I regularly get these because you can't really find this flavor in the store where I live. I totally recommend this brand in this flavor.

Can catch cancer due to the chemicals.
This mochi has a disclaimer on the back saying you can catch cancer due to the chemicals.

I love this flavor
I love these. Unfortunately the price is double of what they cost in store. But I can’t always find this flavor in the store.
