Works well, even better after swapping out the fan to a noctua.
Completing a new build and I wanted to lower the temps around the memory and cpu. Bought a cap swap VRM fan for the AIO titan and that works nice, but I wanted a bit more. Remembered these old corsair memory fans and purchased one. Took off the red cover (these come with 3 different color covers to use) removed the fan, did a bit of painting to make it match my case (white) then put in the Noctua and the old silver/ new painted white cap. Plugged it in, and it came out nice. The temps did drop a little over my ram. Exactly what I was hoping for.

Works GREAT for hot DDR5
I purchased this ram cooler because my DDR5 was getting hot under load. It was reaching 58c and DDR5 performance is directly related to its temp. After installing this cooler and benchmarking extensively my memory hasn't gone past 47.8c. That's more than a 10c reduction in temps. If you are wanting better results in a ram cooler you better be looking at a considerably more expensive liquid cooling setup. This kit comes with 3 easily replaceable fan shroud colors (blue, red, and silver). It is easy to install and clips over your CLOSED ram slots (make sure the tabs on the empty slots are closed). I had a very small space in which to install the cooler and was still able to position it optimally without clearance issues. I had planned to put a 60mm pwn fan from noctua in this but the OEM fan inside measures 60mmx60mmx20mm and the noctua 60mm fan states that it measures 60mmx60mmx25mm. I don't think the ram cooler shroud will allow for this extra 5mm of depth. I run a fairly quiet rig and don't think this fan runs loud at all. Even at 100% all the time. Side note : Bonus = it gives a unique and pretty cool overall look to your build!

Old but good: Fits Dominator Titanium, cools 5-10 degrees
This ancient product fits over and cools my tall Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5.It's three pin DC connector hooks up to my Gigabyte X670E Aorus Master motherboard and allows for BIOS-level fan control, though it lacks 4-pin PWM for modern fan hub and software-based control (at least from what I have installed, no Gigabyte contrill stuff installed).I've got it running around 2k rpm now at idle, and it's quiet inside a Fractal North XL case. Other fans make more noise under load. Can't comment on stock rpm, though, as I've only used it with a custom fan curveAs for cooking, it cools my OC'd RAM by around 5-10 degrees depending on usage.Aesthetically, I'd prefer an updated sticker without the yellow - or even blacked out - but that's easily done aftermarket. The multiple color options are nice, too. I've got the gray attached, which looks great in a modern build. The shiny inner edge of the gray metal looks dated, but that's a minor niggle, and this product is more than a decade old so can't really complain.Down the road, I'd love to see an updated version with PWM and RGB and maybe an aesthetic that matches the current Dominator Titanium aesthetic.Overall, if you need to cool overclocked RAM - even tall DDR5 modules - and are OK with DC fan control and a 2010's aesthetic without RGB, go for it!

My memory is cooler than yours
Like many people looking to cool their memory, I went down the rabbit hole of trying to overclock my DDR5 memory past its XMP profile. I have the notoriously hot G.SKILL Trident Z5 kit and this lowered temps by 10-15C depending on ambient temps.I was able to get my memory stable from 6400C34 to 7000C32 (Z690 MB otherwise I'd go higher) with some really tight timings at 1.5V daily, and it never goes above 40C while gaming @40% fan speed, and 50C while stress testing for hours @80% fan speed. I use an app called Fan Control to control all my PC's fan speeds, I recommend it.Fan starts to get audible in my case at about 75%, with a buzzing sound at 80%+. Tiny fan blades so its expected. I placed mine offset so it would aim in between my 2 sticks. No clearance issues and easy to put together. Wish price was lower but c'est la vie.

Aided in decreased memory temp
My Gskill DDR4 memory sticks are hitting at least 40c in temps since they are bunched up together. After I installed this Corsair memory cooler, the temps were reduced approx 5-12c when I was checking it over at CPUHW monitor. Hopefully this thing will last to make my money worth it.
