Disappointed in the product because the silicone holder isn't big enough for a Male's wrist and the item easily slips out of the holder.

It was too difficult to understand how to use it.

It doesn’t hold charge I have to charge it every day

I like that the mobile is easy to use. And the accuracy is precise.

The seller was kind enough to refund my money since the tracker stopped working after a month. An added "benefit" was that I could be just sitting around the house and get 1200 steps somehow. Pretty sure it wasn't accurate. After less than a month, the steps wouldn't update on the app. It was stuck on the 1st month I had it, wouldn't budge further. The sleep tracking stopped updating fairly quickly. The only thing that still seemed to work was the heart rate, but I don't think there was a section for it on the app. This is cheap, but there's probably a reason for that.

Great works well and wears comfortably. Too bad they our no longer around or supporting the app

DO NOT BUY! The company behind this watch went out of business, rendering it useless. You can't sync to your phone, can't get your data out, and can't even set it up if you need to reset it to factory defaults.Even while it worked it was a flawed product. The straps are flimsy, and don't hold the watch very well. It kept falling out, causing me to lose at least 2 units. Thankfully it's quite cheap to replace.

I have had a Striiv for a couple of years. When it finally stopped working I ordered this one. It doesn’t work, plain and simple. I’ve tried everything. And because I’ve had one in the past I know how it should work. This is junk and I hope no one else bothers with this seller
