Rawlings Players Series 9-inch Youth Baseball Glove (PL90MB)

We are very pleased with these gloves. They are small but I think that will make for a great first glove. They are soft and pretty easy to close for our two t-ball players. Our boys are 4 and 5 and are small for their size. If I had an average size 6 year old, I might consider the next size up of 9.5", but this could probably work as well. The ball that comes with the glove is really nice. I can't speak to getting the correct glove as left or right since we ordered one of each for our house, but it seems pretty clear, "left hand throw" will be for a left-handed kiddo and the glove will go on the right hand.

My son is six years old. Hopefully that gives you an estimation of how it willfit your own child. I expect it will last him another two years until he needs another.It is so cute, it is small and fits him 'like a glove' ha ha. It comes with a ball, too!Likely it is mentioned somewhere on this page, but I must have missed that part lol.I recommend this to, of course-little kids who play ball, or people with little hands...0_0 ... who also play ball, t-ball, softball, what-have-you.Yes I would, and have! =) Recommend this to a friend :)

This glove and ball were good for my son starting out in t-ball. The glove was a good size for a 5 year olds hand and the ball is soft. A soft t-ball is a good start so that if they miss a catch it doesn't hurt. He has since moved onto a 10 inch glove and a regular baseball but definitely recommend for a t-ball player just starting out.

I had priced this glove out in local retail stores and found it to be $2 cheaper on Amazon and it was worth the money. My son's first glove and the chance to spend time made it worthwhile. Beyond that, the glove itself is a real glove and good weight / quality that matched my expectations. I also liked the "soft" ball that comes with it. It's a good weight to practice throwing / catching without the risk of breaking a nose if it's missed.

This glove is the cutest. It is made of such great quality and the ball is the perfect combination of soft and hard. It really is a beautiful set and a wonderful gift to give. It fits my average sized three year old perfectly and it doesn't require oiling and wrapping to allow enough flexibility for him to catch a ball. It was ready for a nice game of catch right when it arrived... now to teach him how to catch.

This is a very decent children's glove. Nothing on this glove screams quality as I easily broke one of the straps when trying to tighten and knot it. But I do have to take into account how much I paid for it and for the price this glove is a really good buy. My boy is growing fast and I know a glove this size is just a stop gap glove until he needs a bigger one.

I had a hard time finding a left-handed glove for my little lefty. Once I did track them down, I found it even more difficult to find a quality glove.This glove met all my requirements! It is a great quality glove that suits a pre-schooler's hands. He has used it for about a year with occasional play and a consistent season of daily play. It has held up through everything, very durable! I recommend this item to everyone with a left handed child!

I have a small 5 year old and this 9" glove fit him perfectly. It was soft enough that his small hands can squeeze it shut in the first use. No break-in measures necessary. He really loves this glove. I did see this being sold at my local sporting goods store for 30% cheaper at reg price.
