Perfect for running
As a larger chested lady I wanted something that sat above and below my breast, and this works well. Equally my husband has worn it and he finds it comfortable. It is lightweight and comfortable. I have worn this with a vest and there has been no chaffing under the arms etc. So far I have worn it running 21k and cycling 55k. No issues at all.It has a generous amount of space on the front for a phone, gels, gummies etc.The main bladder works really well, you need to pull the mouth piece to engage it, then suck. Then push it back before putting the lid back on. I did not realise this at first and struggled, but once you know it is very easy to get the fluid out.The main section which stores the bladder is also good for slipping a map in etc. There is a small zipped pocket inside where the bladder goes- fits keys/money etc.The bladder itself has never leaked, easy to open/close/wash etc.I store the bladder in the freezer to prevent it from going mouldy between runs

Can’t believe how much people spend on the equivalent item!
Great piece of kit! Separate bladder included in the very competitive price range ! Easy to adjust for comfort, plenty of space for phone, keys etc. Can’t work out why people pay through the nose for something that does exactly the same. Fools and their money etc etc!

Good hydration pack for the price.
I purchased this product for hydration during my long runs. and since purchasing I've completed a 7km test run, a 37km and a 43km run. Important pointes to note. The whistle was useless, so I cut it off.It took me a few KM to realise that the mouthpiece for the hydration pack needed you to bite and pull the tip forward to release water. (other water bladders I've used just required a light bite to release water). When filling the bladder with water it is beneficial to ensure you expel all air to stop the water sloshing around too much. The pack fitted comfortably across my chest and whilst I would have liked some downward tightening from the shoulders I've not felt that the pack is too loose or moved around too much. The water bladder fits in the back pack quite snugly, so there is no room in there for anything else. This is not a problem for my runs. The front zipped pockets contained my phone, gel packets and tissues quite nicely and allowed good access to them whilst I was running. The water pipe fitted nicely over the shoulder straps and allowed free movement and good access to water.I've not had it long enough to test it's long term durability, however it appears to be robust and good enough quality for the runs I have been doing. In summary, If you want a cheap pack option for hydration and during moderately long runs then this fits the bill, however if you want something for longer ultra marathon runs in the wilderness then another option might be better.

Seems good so far!
I have not used this running vest yet but on inspection it seems very good quality. I went for the option without the bladder as I have one at home already. The pockets are all a good size with plenty of space for your phone etc. the zips and clips look to be of a good quality but I guess time will tell. The best thing about this vest is the way the straps at the side and across the chest adjust. I have a large bust (GG cup) and I could adjust this to fit perfectly. Looking forward to trying it next time I run.

Lovely thing!
I am just starting to jog/run 10k after following couch to 5k and then a 10k plan. But carrying stuff was a pain - phone, keys, waterproof if it looked likely to rain and blow and I was going to be out for an hour or more, water, etc. Pockets? Well, it would need more pockets than I had in any running clothes and if I managed it it was the same problem I found with a bum bag I have ie continually bouncing up and down or working its way round to the side -really annoying.I looked at running shops race vests etc and thought maybe but the price put me right off. And I found this little beauty on here. Its light, its got lots of pockets etc and does the job without continually bouncing - in fact you scarcely know its there. Bit warmer than a bum bag I guess but it looks at least as light and airy as the more expensive ones. Its possibly not waterproof in an absolute downpour but what is? Sensible people put things they need to keep dry in plastic bags inside their bags, no matter how much they paid for them. It looks a little flimsy in parts but not that much and I'm not exactly going to be doing the Bob Graham anyway. It doesn't have the expensive ones logo but I don't really care about that.If you are like me - an ordinary person doing a little bit of jogging/running and having fun/getting fitter/burning some calories - you can do a lot worse than this little thing. I'm delighted with mine, as you can probably tell.

Amazing!!
Best thing I’ve bought for my runs! Did a HM init yesterday and it did not rub it kept me fully hydrated and there’s tons of room to keep your phone / keys ect safe. One negative is the lid for the water is a little stiff and does need a bit of force to get it off so I’m pray over time it does not break . Overall I’m so happy I got this and I wish I would have purchased sooner!! I will definitely recommend this product.

Vest great, water pack horrible
The vest is great. Light, small. However the water pack is not ideal at all. The drinking spout has a lid that needs to be opened and its too Chunky and difficult to manage when running. I won't be using this at all and will instead look to buy a water pack with a narrow tube and easier and quicker to use mouth piece. This tube us too big.

Great product but there is a but..
The water drinking feature is a bit of pain to use. It doesn't seem to click in anywhere so it dangles a bit when you run even if you do manage to tuck it in slightly.Apart from that, really good value for money and I would genuinely recommend
