Cranium Family Edition

My family loves board games. This is fun to play and it's good for creativity. Really great for family game nights

My children received this game as a gift and love playing it. It is a different game each time they play it. My two younger children are challenged while participating, they are 5 and 6 yrs. old. It is rated for an older age group but we have been able to include them on a team for them to play along. It has a been an engaging educational toy more than I imagined. They all have fun acting out the requests on the cards and laughing along as they try to complete it in the time alotted. It is a funtime for the family.

So far I haven't opened the box that the game is kept in (it's supposed to be a gift, so I'm about to wrap it) BUT! The external box looks bad. :(There's a little hole in the bottom. The sides all look worn. I'm not going to be entirely surprised if we open this on Christmas morning to discover that the clay is dried out because this used to belong to some other family. :/It's pretty frustrating (because I opted for the new game and paid what I consider to be a lot for a game)Soooo.... Let's hope that the inside is pristine... Because the outside has seen better days.

We bought Family Fun to take on vacation with us and I must say it was a blast. The variety of activities makes Family Fun a game everyone will enjoy. Well, almost everyone. We made the error in thinking our 4 year old would enjoy the game with the rest of us. After about 15 minutes we realized he was not in the mood to play this type of game. That was our fault. We had hoped he would be able to handle a game for 8 and above, but alas he wasn't.That should not keep anyone from buying this game. Older kids will have fun and we even found little ways to keep the little one involved (by playing with the clay or other objects not being used.)

Perfect for the family, kids under 8 can still play especially as teams. We’ve played original Cranium for years and are SO glad to have this family version. Everyone loves it, great family gift as well!

This was a gift for my nephew and it was very disappointing to receive it in used, damaged condition. Despite being plastic wrapped, this was not a new item.1) The edges of the box were torn and tapped together.2) The clay could not be molded as it was very hard and partly broken.3) Some of the sheets of paper provided had drawings and writing on them.This item has been used and resealed. This used condition was not indicated in the product description. I will be returning it as it is definitely not suitable as a gift in this condition.

Our adult children were going to be visiting us for the holidays and my son suggested that I purchase this game for us to play when they were here. It was well worth the money. We played it several times while they were here and we had a great time. You get to be creative and be silly, our kids were very surprised at how well we "old fogies" kept up with them. I highly recommend this game for anyone.

This game is a fantastic family game! Everyone can participate and it's just as fun for the adults as it is for the kids. We played with our 5 yr old niece and 8 and 9 year old nephews, what a riot. There's plenty of learning to be had and it's fun to see how much the kids know. Time better spent than playing wii or PS and for the price, it's a no-brainer. (ha) A must have!
