I purchased this phone for my small business because it it compatible with a wireless headset I purchased. The number for customer support was quite difficult to find. When I was finally able to find someone who was willing and able to help me, I was informed that this telephone requires a “phone system” and does not function as a normal telephone. I cannot plug it into my modem or router and I had to send it back. Too complex for standard use.

Great Product! Work as needed and also is a solid Avaya phone.

Phone was delivered in a timely manner. It was in good working order and the surface of the phone was very presentable.

I hate the Avaya phones. Don't buy these for your office, they do not hold up. That said, the service from this retailer was great! The original purchase of the phones was through Comtech.

Avaya phone some what complicated in features like voice mail set up. Basic model mediocre quality
