Can this be used to sanitize laundry ?

No. The description states only hard surfaces. Per the label “ The no-rinse formula can be used on washable, hard, nonporous surfaces like dishes, glassware, eating utensils, kitchen equipment, counters, tables and chairs.”

Does this come with the test strips? All sanitizer should come with a pack of its own test strips so if this doesn’t then it’s an invalid product.

It dose not come the test strips. It work with others test strips. we use this product at my restaurant almost a year we love it also cheaper than other product.

Can we use this as a hand sanitizer?

Yes, it's ideal as a hand sanitizer. It has no odor. Because it's meant to be diluted with plain water, it doesn't sting your skin, and you get gallons of sanitizer very cheaply. I keep a squirter bottle full of solution beside sink and just dribble out enough to wet hands. I never even rinse it off.

Will this product leave spots or residue on glasses?

Yes it does leave somewhat of a residue on glass.
