Brilliant
I was on permanent antibiotics, and had to come off them, was very worried as they worked. Doctor recommended these tablets, but I had my doubts. There were several types to choose from which was difficult, but the assistant in the shop recommended Bladapure. Not cheap £19,99 for 60, but you have to take four a day, but THEY WORK !!! Definitely recommend

For me it was effective
I had been on a seemingly endless cycle of antibiotics as the infection never completely cleared. I had had the following investigations: ultra sound, cystoscopy and CT scan all of which were normal. I found that sodium bicarbonate was effective to helpful but prolonged use is ill-advised. I found Bladapure was to be effective when used according to the directions. I have been free of all symptoms of infection infection for several months.Importantly, the product is easy to take.

Doctor told me not to bother
Showed these to my doctor as I had had 3 UTIs in quick succession. He said there was no medical evidence to support this active ingredient and not to bother. So I binned them
