Missing part
I received the items just fine but they are missing the bottom piece that makes them removable! Amazon was pretty much useless in solving the issue. I have to contact the manufacturer myself and hope that they will help!

New in box and damaged too late to return
After months of waiting to use this product, I left it in packaging and when I opened it today it was all scratched up. You spend all this money for a product and it is damaged
