Ok so I basically never use anything I tried it all because I differ from constipation I have been constipated for years never able to go on my own so I read about these pills and gave it a go to see if they’d help I took a pill at 2 pm and at 850 I went to the bathroom feeling relieved that it worked but relieved that it was east on my bowels … I would recommend this pill to those suffering the same then again what worked for me may not work for anyone else

This really works!! There is a little cramping but not bad. It’s easy to swallow and works fast.

Lol this is fine, did it's job Got it for my postpartum journey, any 1st time mommas out there? Definitely considering adding this to your list of musts, while in hospital they'll most likely have you take these anyways but when you get home you are on your own. This was heavenly 🙌 if you know what I mean

I keep telling my step daughter that she and the kids should have a magniesium in the evening before bed. At least 400 ml grams. Keeps you healthy and regular. This product does not solve the problem, but only for the moment. The girls eats a ton of carbs, and is over weight, and does not do any sports. How she eats and what she does is the product of what she has, she needs to take 400 mil grams every night.

This was my favorite but hard to find and expensive for quantity. Loved it though
