What is the micron of the sleeve. Are they heavy duty or flimsy plastic

rather flimsy. Certainly not heavy duty but it'll do the job of keeping them in a binder. Easy to flip through them. But use with binder...

Do you do ones for cds

Available for cds with same opinion.

Do these fit the 14mm uk size blu ray covers without having to damage the cover?

Yes. You have to fold along one of the creases on the spine so that the front cover and spine show in the front of the pocket and the back cover is on display in the back of the pocket.

How large are the actual pockets?

Hi there, many thanks for your question. The overall size of the pockets would be 16.5 x 22cm, this includes the flap along the top edge (as per main image). The usable storage space would be 15x19cm.
