Not coffee but nice option
I liked the taste for an occasional hot beverage.

Served the purpose, nice flavor
I don't drink any form of coffee often, just looking for something that was even milder than the instant decaf I sometimes drink. This has a mild smooth flavor and I consider it some what healthy because it has chicory ( a probiotic). Usually I add a bit of instant decaf coffee to give it a more intense traditional flavor.

Not a substitute, but a good hearty drink
I didn’t want to replace coffee, just supplement it, for times when I wanted a hot drink without caffeine.I don’t like bitter; I did not find this to be very bitter. It’s smooth and not acidic. It claims to be 50 servings but for my taste it takes 2 heaping teaspoons for 6 ounces of liquid so I think it’ll go a bit faster than that. It’s comparable in price to a bag of decent coffee. I didn’t care for it made with just milk, that was too bland. But when I make it with hot water and a splash of milk - exactly how I’d make coffee - I liked it. It tastes very much of chicory, and I like to add cinnamon to it. It was good iced, but hot was the best.I would buy it again. In no way is it a substitute for coffee but it’s a good alternative.

Full-bodied yummy cozy drink
I love it. It's not coffee but it's coffee-esque. It doesn't contain caffeine so if that's with you're looking for that's not what it will give you but if you need a robust, homey, and not to be cheesy but hug in a mug kind of flavor and vibe this works.I sometimes put hazelnut syrup in it or also occasionally pumpkin pie spice 😂I understand that Inka and others like it came about in WWII when there was a coffee bean shortage in Europe and so people created alternate methods to bring about something of the same thing that coffee brings about for people.A smart and interesting drink.

Perfect as a hot beverage for winter
Lovely alternative to coffee or tea, but it is not 100% calorie free.

Product was open, unacceptable!
The product was open and only .25 of container was filled. For some reason I can’t return it

Alright, but Pero’s better
If you want a coffee substitute with a light coffee flavor that lends itself well to extra flavoring, Inka may be just for you. It’s subtle while retaining good coffee notes, but it’s not very flavorful if you drink it by itself. If you’re want an authentic coffee taste (or if you’re coming from regular coffee) Inka probably won’t satisfy you. After having tried a lot of coffee substitutes, I can say with reasonable certainty that Pero is a lot better: it’s got much more of a coffee aroma with just the right amount of bitterness.
