This is a hilarious family game! It is more fun with more people and the more diverse the group, the more entertaining. It is a good intergenerational family game...Grandparents down to emerging readers can play. I highly recommend!

We have played this several times at family holiday parties. It was great fun each time with lots of laughs. The best thing about the game is that it suits a wide age range. We played it this past Christmas with 3 generations of family members, ages 6 to 75. The younger players chose "easy" cards, which allowed them to be part of the game. Many of the "hard" cards are quite difficult, but it's hilarious seeing the sounds that players come up with. This inexpensive game will be money well spent.

I think this is a better idea than practical. Basically, the game is charades with only sounds, but as soon as you start playing, you realize how difficult it is to 'sound' describe anything but the simplest of animals / objects. Within a few minutes, our family changed the rules to allow gestures and then it just became charades.

We have a fun time with this one - some of the cards seem impossible, but somehow someone will know what you are trying to sound like. Other times it seems like it should be the most obvious sound and nobody can guess the right word!

If you want a night of laughing, this is the game for you. We played it as a family, and I don't know when I have laughed so hard. It was a great way to get my teenagers involved in doing something with us, instead of going out with their friends for once.
