Wow, where has this been all my life?
Use: I've been looking for a supplement that increases dopamine sensitivity. Dr. John Gray (author of Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus) recommended Vitex as a useful (and effective way) to re-sensitize the brain to lower levels of dopamine.It arrived yesterday and I immediately took one capsule, of 225mg, then another an hour or so later. Within 20 minutes, the motivation was there.It's not a 'GO-GO' type of motivation, it's more of a, "this needs to be done, so I'll do it now and get it over with" type of motivation. Just what I was looking for. I'm interested to see how vitex improves my life in other areas.Likes: Pure Encapsulations has quality products. Sometimes I get detoured by the price (as compared to how much I get), as compared to the price (and how much I get) with other brands. But the quality is definitely there. If in Perimenopause and/ or irregular TRY this!
So far so good! I never write reviews but this herb really does something noticeable for me. I have had irregular periods, hot flashes, lack of libido for several years( darn peri menopause). I can say with almost 100 % certainty that this one product has made me feel more balanced, erased hot flashes and I get a period every month. Everyone’s makeup is different but if you are in Perimenopause and struggling give this a try. I take it around the 4th day of my period( 500 mg) and then around day 15 I drop to 200mg. I have experienced some headaches and nausea which I believe is related but it is worth it for me. I think it may also help mood but that is too hard to quantify. PURE is the best too!

Good product.
I use this to control cyclical mood swings. Started working right away. I take every morning, same time, just as you would a birth control, but instead of keeping me from being preggers, it keeps the crazies away.
