Just received this Gi. Quite pleased so far.The material feels solid, should wear well over time. The side ties are attached with a single row of stitches, so I'll be adding a couple more. Not a big deal, that seems to be the industry standard.Good fit. I'm 5'9" and 190 lbs. A little tight through the shoulders, like every other Gi I've had. I figure that's a feature of how Gi's are cut. The pant legs touch the floor, might have the hem taken up if it turns out to be an issue.I'll update this if the fit changes after laundering.

The material is light weight than the typical gi we bought in the past. I have not washed it yet so I'm not sure about shrinkage but so far so good

The quality of the fabric is great. The uniform cut is more restrictive than I would like. The pants need more crotch gusset to allow for more flexibility. I found them restrictive when performing higher kicks. The material would bunch up on my thighs and it felt like I was going to rip a hole in the crotch.The top of the gi, fit well enough and the sleeve length was also good. Really pay attention to the weight ratings as they are important. I am 6'1" tall, but I weigh 225 lbs. The length of the uniform is good but it is restrictive in the waist on both the top and the pants.

This fits true to size and didn't shrink a lot when washed and dried. It's made of good thick material. It has held up to several washes and doesn't hold any bad odor.
