Cat loves these. I ordered them when moving to my new house as I didn’t want my 10 year old stubborn cat to scratch the new carpets. I put these down at the top and bottom of my stairs with a little bit of catnip on. Cat seems to really enjoy them as she scratches them daily. Good quality and they seem durable too.

I have had them before. My cats love it. it comes with cat nip as well. Apart from using it as a scratch board they sleep on it. Very sturdy and lasts a few months before they have scratched it to death. Worth the money and saves them scratching the furniture

These guys are good and our cat loves them, just a little too small but that is our fault for not double checking when we purchased...

We’ve tried a fair few scratch mats over the years — angled ones, post ones, ones that looked like tiny sofas (why??) — but this flat mat is the winner by far. Our cat is 14. She’s basically a retired diva now. Still glamorous, still grumpy, and absolutely certain that any new item in the house must first be sniffed, ignored, and possibly judged. But this one? She loved it immediately. No dramatic sulking, no suspicious circling — she just walked over, gave it a test scratch, and flopped on it like it was a luxury daybed. Job done. We even do a little routine to encourage her — one of us kneels down and pretends to scratch it (yes, we are those people now), and she just stares like “Are you alright?” before taking over and showing us how it’s really done. She’s using it instead of the carpet — which, frankly, deserves a medal. The mat doesn’t slide, doesn’t fray after two minutes, and she seems to find the texture extremely satisfying (as do we, when it saves the stair runner). If your cat’s in her golden years but still partial to a good scratch — and you’d rather not replace your flooring — this flat-shaped marvel is the mat to get.

This was very small and light and not suited to my normal sized cat, it moves everytime he uses it. It's also too short for him to sleep on. Be ok for a kitten but not for an adult cat.

My cat absolutely loves these scratch boards the shape allows him to stretch out (I've put 2 together) and really have a good go at them also when he gets too warm in his bed he lies in the groove. They are a great price and just the right size and don't look cumbersome in the lounge hard-wearing and tough definitely recommend

My cat took to this scratch pad almost immediately, which was a relief because she usually ignores new things at first. The surface has a good texture that seems satisfying for scratching without shedding everywhere. It feels sturdy enough to hold up to daily use, and it hasn’t curled or fallen apart like cheaper ones tend to do. I also like that it’s lightweight and easy to move around the house. It fits nicely in different spots, and my cat actually prefers it over the couch now, which says a lot. Overall, a simple but effective scratch pad that does its job and helps keep furniture safe while giving my cat something she actually enjoys using.

We've had a lot of these over the years and usually the cats have one completely shredded in a month or two. The cardboard scratching surface on this product is manufactured with a tighter /denser process, because the cats are shredding it away much more slowly--it's got a lot of small holes and they don't pull the cardboard apart as readily--so it holds up to more scratching. Our cats love it, and are on it multiple times a day. And, while you can turn it over at some point to get more use out of it ,we purchased our first one (I've got a few stored up for the future in case they stop being manufactured anytime soon) in April of 2020 and I have not even turned it over yet and it's October 2020. For three cats scratching on it several times a day, that's not bad. It does lose little bits so you do have to vacuum around it occasionally, but this one seems quite durable for what it is. It also has a nicer aesthetic than most --an Asian fish design on the side, which actually looks pretty cool. I did have to glue one of the decorated side pieces down again, as it came loose on one side--but that was easily fixed and I have nothing but good things to say about this scratcher. Excellent value for the money--looks good, cats really enjoy it because the can really scratch on it--they like the tighter weave of the cardboard--the tinier holes.
