Very nice brush.
Great brush, comes to a good point and lasts awhile if you take good care of it. I am able to get very nice, fine lines with this brush; the brush holds enough paint or ink to make fluid lines. The price is pretty good for the quality; I have ordered several.

Good quality, good price
I bought the size 8 flat brush to use with gouache and I'm very happy with it! It is soft, but still holds up to gouache, and I can really scrub the bristles when I'm cleaning without damaging it (at least so far). My only negative is that it came without anything protecting the bristles, so some of them were out of place when I got it. I trimmed those off. But that's not a negative of the brush itself.

Did a “good” paint brush make a difference? Yes, yes it did !
I am a newbie at watercolor painting and I have been watching a particular YT watercolor artist and spent a few months consistently trying to recreate her work with my 12 for $7 paintbrushes. I had the “right” paper and paint but things were not coming out well. I figured I owed it to myself to get a “good” paintbrush and see what happened. Was it pretty? Absolutely not! But it was definitely much better and easier than what I had been doing. After much more practice things are much better and I have come to fully appreciate the quality of Princeton brushes. They made a huge difference in my art and enjoyment.

Good quality for gouache and watercolor
Excellent quality. I like the balance between firmness and flexibility of the bristles. With the right paint consistency it allows me to draw very fine lines.

It’s a short handle brush
The brush is great, can’t go wrong with Princeton, but the description said long and I assumed it meant long handle which is what I wanted. Kind of a bummer.

Excellent for painting small lines, stems, twigs
This is the perfect sized brush for small stems, or other small features you may be painting. So far, the brush is performing well, and is a good buy for the money. Since the brush diameter is small, one couldn’t paint a long line of paint with it, but I easily drew lines of 3/4” or longer. It still held a decent amount of paint. The brush is easy to hold.

Nice point!
I own a lot of different brushes, these are my favorite. Nice point for details and holds a nice amount of paint.

I was trying to leave review for this product 4 times now but amazon keeps deleting it. The product arrived in bad condition and is not usable. The money spent aren't worth extra trip to post office, a trip to garbage bin felt more efficient. I do not recommend buying this brush.
