No Glyphosate! One ingredient only! Made in Canada ... Eh?
Used as one of the ingredients to make three loaves of wheat bread. Tasty as can be and I will be making more bread soon. I will be adding this product to my "must have" list and will be experimenting with other forms of breads with it. I like knowing what goes in to my food and this product is a "plus" item!

Awesome sour dough flour! Only flour I use now. A bit pricey, but worth it.
This makes very good bread, and is excellent for gluten or wheat sensitive people like myself. I can eat this without any bloating or bad effects, and it works incredibly well in sour dough recipes. Like all whole wheat, it's baking with it is a bit heavy, but this flour gives a clean, silky feel to bread, and isn't as chunky as regular whole wheat.

Excellent choice for healthy bread that’s tasty as well. Use 2 cups with one cup of organic white bread, flour in bread maker on Whole wheat setting. A wife pleaser.

What are we actually consuming.
Bought this for its certificate for no harmful chemicals to make bread. I have no way off obtaining Ezekial loaf bread locally for no added preservatives and chemicals. All most every flour producer has high trace levels, and the bleaching process adds even more to white flour and white bread. Honestly haven't had decent loaf bread that doesn't get stale past 7 days since the late 80s. The shelf life of bread now is far too long to be healthy for anybody to consume
