This really helps when I sit for long periods. Helps support my lower abdominals

It is a really big velcroed ace bandage essentially. It doesn't give actual support like a brace if that's what you want don't buy it. What it does is hold onto your waist and belly so it doesn't jostle around so much when you get up or down or walk. But it does NOT support you. I have nothing bad to say the Velcro is super strong, the band is nice and wide, stitching is great quality.

This is good as far as size, good velcro attachment system and works well. But, it really isn't good for one person to put on. I would recommend this if you have assistance putting it on. (Maybe I'm just not coordinated enough)

I have been using this particular binder for a while. I accidently ordered a different one that looked similar, and the velcro would not hold after about a week. I reordered this one and have had zero problems. It is comfortable. I wear almost all day and it holds well.

This item should no longer be sold. I purchased it for my mother, but it does not stay in place and is too wide. It bunches up in one area, the stitching is already coming apart, and the elastic is not firm at all. Overall, the quality is very poor.

I purchased this as I recently had weight loss surgery. My hospital did not give "binders" out post-op, but thought this might help me with the "falling out" feeling. Sizing: The sizing was very true to the description and I did not have any issue with the sizing. Comfort: I did like how it was taller than another one I purchased. However, the reason why I did not like it was because when I sat down it would bend and fold and dig into me. It was great when I was only standing, but sitting it was not comfortable. Helpfulness: When I was standing it definitely did what I wanted it to do. It gave me that extra support that I needed and it did not make my insides feel like they were going to fall out. Ease: It was pretty easy to put on and off. The hardest part was to get it lined up.

Four years ago I had bariatric surgery. I've lost 200lb and still have a lot more weight to lose, but have trouble with exercise because of a lot of extra skin. I can't run, or even do any light cardio, because the extra skin is heavy and causes slapping. It's not just embarrassing, but can be painful for my back and my skin. I purchased this with the hope that it would hold the skin in place so I could do more intense exercises with less pain and embarrassment. This brace has been extremely beneficial for my exercising! I've used it while jumping rope, speed walking, for Shaun T's ab work out (yeah I bought it haha), and the jacob's ladder at the gym. I wish I had known about this when I was actually post-surgery, so I could have gotten around the house better. It's amazing at keeping things in place so I can be active. I don't use it for daily use, just exercising, so I'm not sure how long it would hold up for on a daily-use basis, but I've had it for a couple months now and exercise a minimum of 4 days a week and and it's still in great shape. I'm extremely happy with this. When it's no longer any good, I'll purchase another, because it was worth every penny.

After my surgery wasn't sure if it would work for me. It does and I'm really glad I ordered it. The material is good, stretchiness and stays in place.
