Legends in Sports: Michael Jordan

I read my grandson's summer readings to him because of his dyslexia. He was enthralled throughout. He said that he felt like we were watching a game and listening to a play by play. Well written and appealing to all. I love the game of basketball myself and felt i grew to know the man, Michael Jordan, as well as his accomplishments!

Perfect for a young reader. Very informative and entertaining book. Gives young fans the opportunity to learn more about their favorite athletes. The author Matt Christopher has several well written books on athletes.

I got this as a part of a set for my 9 year old nephews birthday. He loves basketball and all things sports and he is getting into learning about each of the players. He was very excited to get this and be able to read it! Arrived in great condition, absolutely perfectly new.

My ten year old loved reading about one of his favorite basketball players!

My 11 year old son had to do an autobiography report for school and chose Michael Jordan, partially because the book was written by his favorite sports author, Matt Christopher. My son loves sports and enjoys reading all of the Matt Christopher books. This book contains interesting facts about the sports legend Michael Jordan and is written to hold the interest of a 6th grade kid.

The book reading is decent, but would have been nice if they would have add a few pictures to make it more kid friendly.

My 10yo son loves this book! I got tired of him asking for Jordan apparel without actually knowing who he is, so here we are. Now, he's interested in some of the big legends and asks for more books! I definitely can't complain about that!

I'm from NC and an avid fan of MJ ! He has given back to his home state and I appreciate that he had to work hard as a child to hold on to his dreams. Good book shows what early support in the family can do for a child.
