Annin Flagmakers (19417) Poly/Cotton American Flag, Made in USA, 3 x 5 Feet, All-Weather

Very nice flag for the cost. This is not embroidered. I’ve always been happy with the quality from this company. Nice color saturation and heavy fabric.

It gets extremely windy where we live have had it up for about 3 weeks now we’ll see how it stands up to weather so far so good

On 9-11 I put up a US flag on my house and have flown one on the front of my home every day since in now three states beginning on Long Island, NY to Prince William, VA and now the scorching Salt River Valley of Arizona. The dangerously hot SRV sun would be a challenge for any flag maker and I have been through several different offerings since arriving here 8 years ago including Annin's premium "Tough-Tex" product. It was a beautiful flag and did stay together but the sun here cooked the color out in just a few months. It wasn't a bad product, just not the right one for my use and environment. It took a bit of doing and some patience on the Annin website but I did finally arrive at their recommendation for what would meet my need and this Poly/Cotton version is where I have finally settled. I love Arizona and have no intentions of ever leaving so I really needed to get this figured out. I was skeptical at first because of the low price so I bought two. I was stunned at how long it stayed bright and proud taking everything the sun here could dish out. I lost the first one to a violent derecho storm that did widespread damage in my area including many of my neighbors flags as well. Absent that storm I believe that flag would have served well for another year. I put up my spare flag and bought two more with this order. Besides the challenge of the sun here, flags and everything else have to deal with the abundant desert dust and I am not going to display a 'brown' flag. A brief stint in the washing machine gets this flag looking bright and colorful like the day it arrived. If you display a US flag on your home daily I highly recommend this Annin Model 19417 solution. For me it has had a consistent respectable look and great staying power at a very reasonable price. It's my belief that if it can make it here it can make it anywhere. Enjoy...God Bless America!

I purchased this flag and received today. I was getting ready to put it up when I noticed it was crooked and the last red stripe is uneven. The red is thicker on one end. This is supposedly made in the USA but I am wondering if it is or not.
