Are these gel pens or ball point pens?

Matador pin point is an oil gel pen.

Do these work on black paper?

Im very sure, it would work on black paper! I have some black paper and I tried it but the only problem is the ink is black so I am not sure if it will show. I could see the ink though

Is this blue or black ink? Some people are saying black but the pic says blue ?
