Poor pump and solubility
I have expected something better considering the dosage size, but the solubility is horrible, thereโs always bits left and I can feel barely any additional pump, comparable to getting 100mg of caffeine in one capsule.

I love stim-free pre-workouts as it gives me more flexibility as to when i can go to the gym with my schedule. This gives be good pumps and a clarity that i wouldn't describe as 'energy' but more a focus that i enjoy and benefit from.

Mixability - poor taste - horrid value - decent The beta-alanine works as my skin was itchy after 20 mins, not sure about the rest of the ingredients, they are listed in more efficacious doses than in competitors' products. If you can get over the taste then buying directly from Bulk using one of their numerous discount combinations would give you better value. I bought this last-minute.
