Pricey but delicious (for dried figs, that is, because fresh is best)
Yummy. Unfortunately, these are dried figs, grown in Turkey. I am hoping that someone will offer fresh green (organic) figs--my favorite. I know they grow in California because I have eaten them there. To import such fresh quality from Turkey might cost too much for the refrigerated and speedy transport. For dried figs, this "Aurora" brand is among the best I have tasted.

Love, love, love....
The absolute best tasting, organic dried figs out there, in my estimation. This may sound strange, but I love the "leather like" skin on the outside. When you bite through (easily enough), the plumpness and moistness inside the fig pops in your mouth like a flavor bomb. These are not cheap, but compared to the alternative, you get almost twice as many, and these dried figs are LARGE. They are not skimpy sized, as most other brands turned out to be. However, if you prefer super moist on the outside, as well as on the inside, these figs wouldn't be for you. But if you love the juxtaposition of texture, as I do, these are the PERFECT figs. Kudos to the organic farm in Turkey where these grow, and the U.S. distributor! Enjoy!

delicious prunes
Very good prunes, moist, taste great. Not as good as the French Pruneaux, that why I put a 4 stars for the taste. Expensive but I rather pay the price and have something that I like.

These are great
Expensive, but organic, which is important for a stone fruit. I love these prunes. They’re fresh and worth the price.

Didn't like for eating, but maybe sliced on cream cheese toast or for recipes
I didn't like these for eating. They were kinda hard and chewy, sweet alright, but not particularly flavorful. I know they're healthy and all, but I got them to serve as is for a brunch and they just weren't that great. The ones on the top were more dried and the ones underneath were more moist, which made it appear as if some of the drying process was done right in the packaging. I do think they would be good on toast with cream cheese, though, or in teabreads or savory dishes or rice pilafs, if they were chopped up. So, whereas I don't really recommend them for snacking in general, I do recommend them for camping or on the go when you need something healthy and portable, or for incorporating into recipes.

Highly recommend
I love these. They are dried (as opposed to fresh). Sugary and very sweet. Texture is not too tough on the outside, soft enough that a sharp knife can make a clean cut without smashing the fig. Inside the texture is very thick and seedy. The figs are very moist on the inside, not the least bit dry. Very flavorful on the inside, what I hoped it would be. I had mine with a side of plain Greek yogurt, sweetened with honey, and black coffee. I’ve only purchased dried figs once before, and they were totally different from these: dry, stale, inedible. So I was thrilled to find these.
