I think you answered your own question.. none that I know of. But I haven't had any problems and it still kicks hard a year later. No complaints

Will this work for JL W6 12?

I would imagine that it would, I am using this amp with a 12" Sub. I have been training the sub for the last few weeks before I turn it to full blast, and so far it sounds AMAZING!
