Excellent Quality
Kitchen aid coffee grinder. Add water then Mix into bowl with fork..goes onto lick mat well unless you'd like to feed another water.. Pricey however blessing to afford this at moment and then will continue as topper if we can continue in future using as meal replace. Dog coat is shiny and he is a very healthy 5 pound Chihuahua.. I give him 1 and a half cups daily which keeps him at a good weight and loosing. Good so far..He's been on it for 4months now.

Keeping the food from turning to dust.
The packaging of this product was great. I have been buying this product for at least three years. This is the first time it has came packaged correctly. Great job. Thank you so much.

Not what I expected on second order
This product has been helpful for my dog who is a picky eater. I ordered a bag four months ago, it was packaged well and no issues with the product. The second order not so much, it was packaged horribly, and does not look as fresh. Sadly the product is non returnable or exchangeable. Disappointed buyer

Distinctively Appealing High Quality
My godson’s Siberian Husky is an amazingly smart and communicative companion to us. While there are other dogs in the family she is the leader of the pack, barring her masters, and that is exactly as it should be. While the other dogs will gobble their normal good dry food with no hesitation, our Husky makes it plain that she seeks and maybe even needs more straight up protein and also is less than thrilled by the standard fare the other dogs are happy with. She is also deft in her ability to pick out any attempted stir-in ingredients to jazz up her dinner, leaving the majority of the dry untouched. She will often eat it later when she’s hungry, we don’t spoil her, at all. She does however in our opinions deserve to enjoy her meals so finding this product was wonderful. What’s key is that it crumbles in such a way that it can be completely blended in with her dry food. It is so potently full of everything she craves and therefore likely needs, she devours her whole bowl, including the dry because this uniquely appealing and easy to blend supplement clearly just makes the whole meal completely appealing. You can use it as a topper but that makes me laugh because our Husky would just eat it right off the top. Point being? This is so choice and the texture more than anything we’ve encountered, crumbles so beautifully, blending completely. Only issue, and it’s a real issue, is that it’s simply too expensive to consider for regular purchasing and inclusion in her meals. When I’m able to treat her to it, I will, but you get what pay for and this product is worth every penny.

Good for skin problems/food allergies
I bought this food for my 5 year old Bull Terrier that has food and environmental allergies. She loves the food and doesn’t seem to be breaking out as she has in the past. It truly has only lamb meat and lamb organs, no hidden chicken fat ( very important, she gets welts with chicken). It does have eggs which was a concern but so far so good. She still needs allergy medicine (Apoquel, if your interested.. I was hesitant for years but I surrendered. I may try taking her off of it in the cooler months) for the outdoor: grass/pollen issue but overall her skin looks great and she’s not scratching or licking herself. She even leaned out which was an added bonus. The 8 lb bag ($200) in my opinion is ridiculously expensive but was surprised that it goes a long way. One leveled measured cup in the morning and another in the evening lasted 4 weeks for my 50 lb very athletic female. You must add water, warm preferably and let it soak in 2 mins. Looks like a chunky porridge. I continue to top with a little canned pumpkin as I have in the past but she seams to lick the bowl clean more aggressively. I think she likes it more than regular kibble.

Great raw, freeze dried food for small dogs with delicate stomachs
I have a small yorkipoo with a delicate stomach. He was not able to tolerate raw frozen dog food, so I tried this freeze dried food. He does very well on it and gobbles it down. The food is small pieces, which I think really helps him eat it. It is also less runny and mushy than frozen dog food. A couple of things to note: You have to add warm water to this food, and I suggest covering it in the water and letting it soak upward of five minutes. I noticed that if I didn't let it soak long enough, my dog sometimes did not digest it completely. This means that if your dog does not like water in his/her food, it may not be for your dog. Also, you may have to adjust the food until you find how much your dog needs. With my dog, I watch his weight because a pound either way is a big deal on a ten pound dog. My yorkipoo eats more than the suggested amount of this food to maintain his weight. It is pure protein and vegetables, and so far, the company seems very reputable and careful about their ingredients. The price seems reasonable for raw freeze dried dog food as well, especially if you have a small dog. For my past big dogs, I would mix food like this with high quality kibble in order to keep it affordable.

My pyranees boy’s fav
Sometimes there are crumbs at bottom of the bag. I use them over raw diet for fosters new to raw. After my trying it, fosters have no problem transitioning to raw. It smells great and must taste good.
