how long it last if i hang direct to SUN ?

I've had mine hanging for months in direct sunlight, rain, etc. and they continuously caught bugs! They NEVER lost their stickiness regardless of the elements outside.

Are these sticky traps waterproof? If it rains or water gets on the trap, can the trap still work?

YES, THESE ARE WATERPROOF. THEY CONTINUE TO WORK FOR WEEKS IF YOU WANT! ALTHOUGH THEY CAN GET REALLY FULL, THEY ARE STILL EXTREMELY STICKY! I'M USING THEM TO CONTROL VINE BORING MOTH FOR MY PUMPKINS AND SQUASH AND THEY ARE WORKING GREAT!

They will trap anything that lands on it including you. Lol.

Would this attract No See Um's?

No See Ums are A type of fly. My traps of car it Nats flies whiteflies but the majority I would say 90% are flies!! So I think that these traps would catch no see Ums!!
