NatureSooth Wooden Knobble Massager - Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Tool

I’m a professional massage therapist and this has saved my thumbs! Excellent little tool for trigger point work when you want to use deep sustained pressure on one point, especially if like me you have small hands and need to be careful of overusing your thumbs.

Really great for getting in to hard to reach spots ! The fact that it’s wood is fantastic it’s warm and a little bit of oil and it feels amazing !!!

The tool is very well made, very smooth and sturdy. It has an ergonomic design - fits in the palm of a hand perfectly. As it is also very light, I can use it for a long time every day as it doesn't hurt my hand. I recommend for anyone who requires a trigger point massage often.

Perfect for getting knots out of easy to reach muscles, particularly on the hip area. I’ve had trouble with my hip flexors for a while, this combined with stretches and mobility exercises has been a god send. (Still find a golf ball in a long sock against a wall the best for knots in the back and flute muscles though).

Excellent for massaging deep into the muscle and releasing tension and trigger points. Painful while it’s happening but the relief from muscle pain is amazing. Wouldn’t be without now and use it most days to keep my muscles relaxed and supple - it has brought me far more relief than any of the professional therapies I’ve tried over the years! The only downside is you need to be able to use quite a lot of grip, strength and pressure so may not be useful if you have disabilities.

Wood has holes and the ergonomics of the product are lacking

I've bought several self-massage tools for the odd muscle knot and I would say this one may be the best - easy to target specific spots. My wrist and fingers still get sore through using it, but it is still one of the best from this perspective and I haven't found a tool that takes all the effort out of the process. I keep it next to the bed which has caused some raised eyebrows and questions regarding what it's meant for...maybe keep it in a drawer.

This is an amazingly simple massage tool that gets into the right spots and massages muscles that are causing problems. Smooth and yet strong enough to take your body weight, this little tool is an excellent aid that is light and can be easily carried with you.

This little tool is perfect for getting into knots!! Easy to use on a partner or by yourself!!! Should’ve bought one a long time ago and I highly recommend!!!

It was dirty and with bad smell when I received it. I washed it but…

Comfortable to hold and easy to use. Purchased because my hands are unstable and I found it difficult to do trigger point massaged unaided. Works well and feels good to hold.
