After searching through many reef shoes/swim socks, etc. that appeared to taper into a more-pointed front, I found that online these appeared NOT to pinch the toes together. Happily, these on initial fit DO NOT pinch my toes AND also fit into my lightweight, short/travel-size open end, adjustable swim fins!! (I've found it awkward to have to don socks to get to water, remove socks, then put on fins--reverse on exit from water.) The bottoms of these socks, though somewhat reinforced, might not stand up to beach/snorkel conditions I expect (or don't expect?) to encounter; time and experience will address that uncertainty.

I purchased these to use as a sock in my fins while allowing me to walk to the water.The have a grippy sole and have held up well to walking short distances to the water. They are on the thick side so if your fins are tight they may not fit.Overall I am pleased with these and the sizing on the chart is accurate. I had read a few reviews that suggested they may run small and to buy a size bigger, I took that advise but they were too big and I had to send them back and get the size that was recommended on the size chart.I have used them on the Big Island of Hawaii walking on lava to get to the water and so far they have held up.I do recommend these.

I have very high foot arches and it is hard to find fins that fit. Capas addresses the issue in their online description, and it was true to its word. These are described as short fins, but they are longer than than my last pair. Not an issue for me.

I love right next to the beach and I never go because I can't stand the textures and how rough the sand, rocks and sticks can be on my feet. I got a cheap pair "water shoes" and they just let water and sand right in and they're a pain to wear but I'm SO happy I tried these.Weirdly super comfy, love the material, easy to slip on and get off. They survived my long walk with no issues. They fit nice and snug with a little wiggle room since my feet are small. Thought they would look silly at first but when I put them on I feel like they looked nice.

They fit well and are comfortable to wear. I think they are made of neoprene which doesn’t breathe well but it has good water resistance qualities. So wow they are hot 🥵 on your feet ! I suppose for people who are on the beach in colder weather that is a plus but I go to beach primarily on hot days so I find them too warm . I will say these are good for cooler temps but a no go in hot weather. I don’t feel the broken shells and twigs etc when walking on the sand . I actually ended up buying a new pair made out of a different material and wear those instead .

Looks as expected, I wear 10.5 size shoes and ordered XL initially, too loose, ordered L and the sole is 10.5 inches long, can easily stretch to 11.5. I got these for beach volleyball, I would have liked a little tighter fit but M might be too tight. Don't know about longevity as sand can be rough on these. I might wear socks underneath to make it tighter and absorb sweat. We'll see how it goes.

I had to reorder this product due to the size being off. Upon receiving the new pair of socks, I noticed that the packaging was different than the first order. The first order came folded up in a box clearly branded and new. The second order came in a clear plastic bag and the socks were inside out. I took one sock out and attempted to turn it right side out. Upon doing so a large amount of sand fell onto my floor. The bottoms were completely full of sand on both socks. No where in the description of what I bought said that they would be used. This is not an acceptable way to sell a product.
