Is this an arab smelling fragance or very western?

I lived in the Middle East years ago, and often bought Arabic scents. This is definitely an Arabic smelling fragrance, but subtle, and not TOO strong:)

This item contains alcohol, why was it mentioned that it doesnt?

Most fragrances contain alcohol as a preservative ingredient . I suppose the manufacturer takes it for granted that we know this ? Sorry that is the only thing I can come up with . You might be able to find an oil based alternative .
