wow! Really nice flakes of coconut. Great value. On the softer side so it is good for baking or making granola bars. I'm really pleased. Shipped fast.

great unsweetened product
I have always loved Bob's Red Mill products. These packages of unsweetened coconut are a great price & a great quality product - besides being unsweetened, they also are unsulfured which makes for a more healthy product. I add this to my yogurt every day. Only thing to note is that they are chipped pieces, so I just put them through my food processor to make the chips finer. Very tasty!!

A bit pricy, but Bob's Red Mill is a superior brand and this coconut is unsweetened and delicious!
