Arama Phone Headset for Office Phones for Polycom & Other IP Phones(A600S1)

I have tried replacing my headset previously, from the big box store but this one is definitely better, all around. My callers can hear me, loud and clear. The price is amazing for such great quality and craftsmanship, too. So comfortable to wear for 9 hours a day. I just plugged it into my desktop phone and it worked! You get extra sizes just in case you need to try other phone jack sizes. I didn’t need the other sizes, but they are there for your convenience. Highly recommended if you need a headset with a very fair price. Thanks to the seller and company who made them.

It just work as described! It fits just right, not to tight and do not get me headache. I work in costumer service and have no worries when the caller is in a lot of noise I hear them perfectly and noice canceling works perfectly. It is a must have in this tipe of job and the price make it completely worth it!!! I just recommended it to 10 collegues

I've been using it for over a month now so I feel like I can write a decent review on it. I have this on my head (on and off) from 7am to 2pm Mon through Fri and I have not one complaint in fact I really like it. I almost bought one at Staples for $75 and I'm glad I didn't. This one is comfortable on my head and around my ears, it's lightweight, and it's easy to figure out. I like the on & off switch feature. The one thing that I'm curious about is the bendable mouth piece- I feel like if I keep moving it back and forth eventually it will misshapen or break a wire inside. I don't know, I could be making that up. But I highly recommend this to anyone who has to be hands free at a desk at work.

This arrived so quickly, very appreciated. I just want to say that I am very impressed with this headset when I opened this package. The headset feels solidly built, and there isn't much to it. The head band is so lightweight and the ear pad is small and use soft foam material sits on ear, I enjoy it all day. I bought one of these for work and so far I am very impressed with it, Since I have it, no longer have to hold the phone and have both hands free while talking. I answer a lot of phone calls every day working in call center. Its crystal clear and I hear none of the background noises, my customer can hear me clearly as well! because it cancels surrounding sound. The mute/volume button works as expected and I have enough cord to move around without dragging my phone around. I recommend it to my co-workers, several of my co-workers have bought one for themselves! They all said this headset is very fantastic after they use it. Especially it was only like $31! It’s really worth the money spent! Probably the best value of any headset I've purchased.

I hate writing reviews and never write them, but I purchased this headset for my Mother for work. She called me this morning to let me know that the headset started smoking and melted some of the plastic. This was the 1st time she used it. Luckily she was not injured and maybe this was a one in a million thing, but clearly not good. I notified Amazon about the potential danger. Be careful.

I work from home doing customer service and I use this headset around 8 hours a day. A comfort headset is extremely important to me. I wear glasses and they are always comfortable.The Arama headset fits my head perfectly.This headset is light, but very well built. High quality plastics, steel headband. I have to say, from the FIRST call I took, I was instantly impressed. The sound was CLEAR, the noise canceling was amazing, and the mic didn't pick up my pesky fan in the background! I have to say, I am so excited to keep using this.

Arrived when promised and worked exactly as described. They included some rj9 adapters with different wiring in case the phone being used needed them, but I didn't need those. Nice note included with the product. The boom for the mic adjusts very easily and very quietly too with no creaking noises like other devices I've used. Sound quality has been great. I'm quite happy with the choice.

We bought these 6 months ago for me to use in the office. I don't use them every day and barely used them during COVID since my job duties changed and I wasn't spending a ton of time on the phone and on hold. I plugged them in today to use them and there was a loud crackling noise and a burning smell. They not only short circuited my phone, they also did something to the program on my computer that my phone is connected to. I unplugged them and had to restart my phone and computer. I plugged them back in and I couldn't hear anything out of them and within 20 seconds they short circuited my phone and computer program again. They still smell like melted plastic and burnt metal. The card in the box says they have a 12 month warranty so now I am just waiting to hear back from the company on a replacement as I liked the headset and would use it again if sent a replacement. I do wish they had a disconnect so I could still wear the headset around the office and just disconnect the cord near the volume switch, but not a huge concern.
