Eliminates noise distractions and very comfortable for your ears
Very effective noise-reduction earplugs, especially useful when you are on a different work-schedule than your spouse/roommate. While my wife is doing her thing around the house, I can fully concentrate on my computer programming job in the living room without distractions. Also, I should say that the earplugs are very comfortable to place in the ears and easy to remove. Great product, well worth the price.

Best combination of comfort and sound reduction
I need earplugs for three main things: 1) I'm a very light sleeper, 2) I go to a lot of live concerts, and 3) I am a bass player so I'm always standing next to the drummer at practice. I have religiously used earplugs for over 30 years. From fancy ones that cost $75+ with filters and other doodads to wadding up bits of napkin. These are the best I have ever used. They don't block out all sound - nothing does. They aren't perfectly comfortable - nothing is. But these are as close to either of those things as you will get. Whether they fit for you will depend on your ear size so that is a personal thing, I think my ears are a bit above average size - my teenagers don't use these, they think they are too big.Tips on use - don't get them wet, it ruins them. Change them after a few days because they lose effectiveness. Once you can't squish them down all the way and get them into your ear completely, it's time for a fresh pair. Don't let your cat play with them (lol). I keep them sealed in a ziplock bag overnight, it prolongs their use for a day or two. I find I get maybe five days out of each pair. No matter how well I get them in they sometimes still fall out when I'm sleeping, so using a headband like the musicozy helps to keep everything in place.

Soft ear plugs
They did the job blocking out noise. My ears are small so it took a lot to squish them down to fit inside the ear.

Sinply Get the Job Done
These things are great. I bought them for thw price and Amazon shipping. If you're new to ear plugs like I was, and are wondering if these are "quiet" enough, they are. I live in an apartment building. Recently theres been a nonstop sound of someone opening a bathtub faucet on full power that persists for a good 30 seconds, stops for about 5 minutes or less, then starts again, and this happens over and over. I'm thinking there must be a broken water heater somewhere, "conveniently" somewhere in the apartment right above my bedroom. I was going crazy trying to get sleep and resorting to strong sleeping pills. I finally decided to get these, and to be honest I can still hear the noise (its a really loud noise, like as loud as someone talking at normal room volume right next to you), but its quiet enough that I can get some actual sleep (with the ear plugs on the noise sounds like its at least 200 feet further away). Before the ear plugs I started resorting to sleeping in my living room to igbore the sound, but I would still be awoken early by the chatter of birds and the annoying cooing of pigeons. With these one I cant hear faint bird chatter or the cooing. So if you're having trouble sleeping these are comfortable enough to sleep with and truly isolate sound (enough that now I'm having slight trouble because I can hear my own pulse from inside my body). The only thing Is I wish they were a bit shorter, because when I insert it as deep as I can comfortably, It's really difficult to lay on the side of your head because the bed pushes them further down to the point where it hurts, so I'm forced to sleep facing up or facing down, or fruitlessly trying to use a pillow on the edge of my head to balance my head just a bit over the bed. Sometimes I get it and sometimes I don't so I get frustrated and take one out of the ear I'm laying on (the bed or pillow keep things quiet enough in that ear).
