Can I use this perfume directly on to my skin e.g neck and wrists, cause the direction says to spray 1-2 cologne into the air and walk into the mist

Spray on to your skin without a shirt on and then wait for about 10 mins for it to soak in before you put your shirt back on. It strains clothes that's why you do it that way and forget all about walking into any mist. That's BS.
