Men's Warner Grand Penny Loafer

I ordered this for a male family member who prefers the Cole Haan brand, for dress shoes. Unfortunately, this shoe was not as described in the product's description.COLOR: The shoe is not a true black or even any black at all. It is more of a charcoal grey that may appear black from a distance. But this is NOT a black shoe, as advertised.THE FIT: The Coon Haan brand is said to be pretty well constructed, however, these shoes fit tight in the upper foot/toe area. The part that goes across all your toes (the upper fabric not the end toe area) because of it's weird tight stitching. The stitching caused a lack of stretch so you won't be able to flex your feet in these shoes to make a comfortable fit. Although this is true to size (toe end is not tight), the fabric that lays on top of your foot is too tight and digs into your skin.Overall, the shoe looks nice (although not black) but it's not comfortable. This will be returned, I hope this helps :)

Shoes came a slightly different color from each and the moc toes were a different shape from each other not worth 120, more like 50 $, thin leather, I usually like cole haan but this pair was far worse than any other, maybe a got a lemon but I dont think so

It's a good shoe, not worth the $300 retail price but very good for the $120 sale/discount price. Looks like a $200 shoe imo. Looks well built with traction of rubber/leather on the sole. I believe it's a goodyear welt. The leather is of decent quality but nothing fantastic. Shoe overall gets a 7.5/10

Loved these shoes, but they barely made it a year before the leather along the toes cracked (despite my conditioning them regularly). Now I'm debating as to whether or not to just buy a new pair or pay the $40 it would probably cost to have them repaired.Granted, I wore them quite a bit and definitely got my money's worth. Originally bought the size 13 (largest size offered) but had to actually go down to a size 12 despite the fact that I usually wear a size 14 in other shoes; definitely size down a bit if you're ordering these. Overall, happy with my purchase: these shoes have taken me through twelve months, four seasons,, and across five continents so not bad for $100.

I bought these shoes at an incredible discount. However, they would be a good value at the retail price @ $300.00. The color, the leather, the styling was far better than I was expecting as I shopped for loafers purely online. I compared against, Allen Edmonds, Carmina, Wolf & Sheperd, and Paul Evans. The Cole Hanns are the most superior of them all. The fit is tight but hopefully, it will break in and fit without being sloppy. It's easy to spot that these shoes are high quality and expensive.

Purchased these shoes here on Amazon after looking at more than a few other vendors...both online and brick and mortar. By far the best price out there. These shoes are excellent...dressy yet comfortable and stylish. Extremely happy with my purchase.

I really want to publish my experience so someone of Cole Haan can explain. I have been a brand buyer for years, and now I am having second thoughts if I should buy again a pair. I use them very little because they really look poor. Will it happen again?

This shoe is very nice but fits too small. I need to buy half a size larger so I sold the smaller size to a friend. Now the size i need is MORE than double the cost! I WILL NOT BUY THE RIGHT SIZE!
