New chef in love!
I could hardly make toast when I moved out on my own at 19 and after a year of hamburger helper I started to teach myself to cook. Now 22, I cook every dinner at home for myself and my boyfriend seven days a week and am planning on culinary school in the coming year. This is my first set of decent cookware and I am the happiest chef-in-training ever! The orange handles add beautiful color to my kitchen without being overwhelming. The non-stick coating is absolutely fabulous and has rinsed perfectly after homemade Alfredo sauce, which is notoriously sticky. I wait until they have cooled before rinsing though, as an extra precaution. You want the coating to last as long as possible. They practically wipe clean and the dishwasher-safe feature makes clean-up a dream. All the basic sizes you need are here and I can't wait to purchase some of the speciality pans next. Do make sure to use nylon or bamboo utensils as metal will scratch them. And don't be tempted to use them on high heat because it will ruin the coating for sure. I usually transfer the food to a baking pan if oven time is needed because the handles are only safe to 300 degrees. The lids fit very well too so it really traps the heat. If you need to sear something though, these pans won't work because of the non-stick so I just use an old cast iron for that duty. This is the perfect gift for the aspiring chef in your house. Mine were a birthday present and they're the best gift I've ever recieved. Even after daily use, they're nearly spotless and I love to cook with them more and more every day!

Rachel Ray Set of Pans
Love the set of pans. Light weight, clean up nice. Color wasn't exactly what I wanted, but price was the cheaper than other colored handles.

Best daily pots I've owned
Let me admit up front that I'm not a Rachael Ray fan. My wife loves her; she's not my thing. But I will give her credit for these pots - they're pretty good. I bought a Cuisinart set a few years ago that has since flaked and fallen apart. In replacing some specific pots, I picked up a couple of the Rachael Ray ones on the recommendation of a friend who works at Williams-Sonoma (to be fair, her first recommendation was for a proper set of Mauviel copper cookware , but all I needed or have the skill to use, is a basic non-stick set). They've held up very well, so I took the plunge and replaced my entire Cuisinart set with the Rachael Ray ones. The Cuisinart set, like previous budget cookware I've owned like T-Fal , had a black non-stick surface that began to peel and flake off after some use. The Rachael Ray set also has a non-stick surface, but seems more meshed to the pans themselves and I've not noticed any flaking in the two years we've had them, even after daily use and dishwasher abuse. The handles on this set are also really well done, allowing cool, easy gripping and a natural angle. I also appreciate how well the lids fits and how high the handle is off the lid so you don't burn your fingers while removing it. Now whether Rachael Ray actually designed these, or they're just licensed under her name, I'm not sure. But I will say they're the best daily pots and pans I've owned and I definitely recommend them.

Best Value.
This Rachel Ray cook set is very nice. The reason that i bought it where because it was dishwasher safe. And after purchasing it i found that this statement was only partially true. In the instruction that came with my set it states that the hard anodized II set is only dishwasher safe if it is "fully encapsulated" while it is in the dishwasher. i'm still not completely sure what the manufacturer means by this but I have written to them to find out exactly what they meant. Also like most non stick cookware there is a temperature limit. To maintain the factory limited life time warranty you must keep the cookware under a certain temperature. Unfortunately most common stoves and ranges only allow you to select the temperature with the numbers Low 1-10 Hi. So you are going to need to know at what point on your stove to stop so you don't harm your new cook set. The one bad design about these pans are the fact that the handles are riveted to the pans. Food does like to stick to these rivets every time you use them. The last negative point about these pans is the fact according to the manufacture is you are not suppose to use heavy oils in them. Like vegetable or canola oils. You can use lighter oils like olive oil. But only to flavor the food itself. Not a lot to fry or to use as a non stick spray. And you shouldn't have to use a non stick spray with these pans. Other then these complaints this cook set is very nice for the price. Unlike Teflon, hard anodized should never flake off ever. After several months of almost daily use on a couple of the pans, the pans still look brand new on the inside and work just like they did the first time. The out side bottoms of the pans are a different story. I have an electric range and the pans are painted on the out side. They do tend to retain stains and scratch easily. I have not had any problem with the out side paint flaking off however. I gave this set a 4 out of five stars even with it;s flaws. The reason being I'm really comparing it to all the other non stick cookware out there. Teflon and anodized alike. There are better cook sets to be had but they start about the $500 dollar range. So this one doesn't get a five. But compared to everything this set is still better then 95% of the sets out there. I would defiantly buy this set again.

I’m not impressed with this set at all. It stains easily and the stains are a hassle to get out. You’d have to stop cooking, get the pot off the stove, wipe off any food particles on the sides (burning your fingers while at it) and then put it back on the stove. All of that just to prevent the stains! I’ve tried all the cleaning hacks and liquids and nothing works, it shouldn’t be this hard to clean. It’s just over a month old and I’ve tried to give it some time but I’ve had enough. Going to be asking for a refund because this set isn’t worth the £180.
