WOO HOO SPICY
It definitely is jalapeño that is ground lol. I read the comments from previous customers and I thought I could handle the heat, but Lordy!!! This stuff is SPICY!! I put the tiniest amount on a salad. Right at that moment I knew I had to be SUPER careful when I use it. I absolutely love the flavor jalapeño brings to a dish, but not this much heat. I believe they grind the seeds and the hot inner membrane in this. So, keep this in mind when purchasing.

Get Some
Great seasoning to add to jerky or burgers. That’s all I’ve used it for so far. Adds nice flavor and a little extra heat.

Love this, you can adjust the level of flavor and heat by how much you sprinkle on. Jalapeño lovers this is definitely something you want to have in your spice rack

Nice personality
I was expecting this to be extremely tame, but I was pleasantly surprised. It has a bit of personality after all. My first use was in a homemade chicken soup paired with white pepper and Badia Complete. Very nice. Will purchase again.

Great taste
Great consistency and doesnt clump up. Has a good strong jalapeño flavor too i put it on most of my cooking to spice it up a bit.
