Neutrogena Shine Control Powder Invisible 10, 0.37 Ounce

I have tried a lot of different shine control powders and products, but this is my favorite one so far. I put it on once in the morning with a kabuki brush and it makes my skin looked airbrushed for several hours. On really humid days or days which I spend a significant amount of time outside, I do need to re-apply once in the afternoon, but that keeps me shine-free until the end of the night. I have very sensitive skin but this has not made me break out and hasn't dried out my skin either. I've been using it every day for a couple of weeks and it seems like I've barely made a dent in it, which I'm very happy about. I'm definitely going to be buying again!

It has no color, just blends over your foundation, stopping all the shine. I tried other powders and they seem to settle in my pores and are visible. Ugly! This does not do that. Highly recommend!

This powder is fantastic - my skin usually doesn't trouble me, but my nose gets incredibly slick, even in winter. Once I apply my BB cream or foundation, I set only my nose with this powder by pressing it on using the applicator provided. Since I have tan skin, I like to brush away any excess using my foundation brush so it doesn't look ashy. Once I brush the excess away, it's fair to call this a "translucent" powder. It keeps the shine at bay for 6+ hours; even when it feels like my nose is getting oily after a few hours, I find that the powder keeps it looking matte. Amazing! I would recommend only applying it to areas where you get excess oil - applying it to normal skin makes it look dry/flaky, at least for me.

I’m in love with this powder , it certainly leaves my skin less shiny I’m just waiting to see how it will hold up in the summer where my skin is oiler because of sunscreen vs my oily skin now in winter and spring

I love this stuff, or I did, before the last THREE times I've bought it, it's crumbled almost immediately. I don't know what changed. I've been buying it for years but suddenly it won't hold together after a mild jostle. Shipping breaks it, taking it in your purse breaks it, looking at it sideways breaks it.

I have extremely oily skin......after applying make up and powder....I blot my face with oil blot sheets and reapply powder within an hour!!! After that, it's blotting and reapplying powder every few hours for the rest of the day. I received the powder Friday and I was excited to give it a try the next morning........I was very impressed. I didn't have to blot of reapply powder for 4 hours...that's a record for me! I didn't reapply for the rest of that day. Monday, work......didn't have to blot or reapply until 3 hours later.......I think because I was slammed and running around so you can't help that but still...it's nice that I don't have to blot or reapply powder 20 times a day. Will continue to use this powder....the only thing I suggest and even if you have oily skin, you may want to moisturize a little before applying make up as this stuff really sucks up the oil so you may experience some dryness.

I don't ever want to think about how oily my face was before this shine control powder. I used to have a light slick on my face at the end of the day (I wear a mostly full face of makeup each day) and now I barely notice any oil. It's still there, because that's just my skin, but no where near what it used to be. This is a must have and is great for sensitive skin. This hasn't caused me to break out like other products have. Highly recommend!

I use it over foundation but under bronzer. I also use a make-up brush to apply it. I think if you did use the pad that comes with it and didn't put bronzer or color over it, it could give you a white/pale look. However I think the shine control it offers is great! A little goes a long way so I see this lasting me a long time. I would recommend this and will likely buy again when I use this up. I use it just in the "T-zone" where I need shine control and a finishing look.

Great product. Really does control shine. I have oily skin and this Neutrogena Shine Control Powder keeps my face shine free for many hours. Goes on light, sheer and is translucent. No signs at all of wearing powder. This is best applied with a brush and not the puff provided. Well worth the $$.

Gave me a breakout after one days use and the shine returned within a couple of hours. Won't be using this again.

Goes on nicely, looks invisible. Good value for the money.
