21st Century Glucosamine Chondroitin 750/600mg - Triple Strength, Tablets, 150 Count

Being in our 60's and being active playing golf and doing Karate, it is natural that we have some joint pain. One of us played competitive soccer into our 30's and then coached for almost 20 years. We tried this product and found that it provided relief. It might have been a placebo effect, but we both noticed an increase in aches when it became unavailable temporarily. A similar substitute that we tried was less effective. At this point we try to have a reserve.

This is the brand 21st Century Glucosamine Chondroitin was recommended to me by one of the TOP Orthopedic Surgeon. According to the doctor it takes 30 days to start showing the affect.

Best out there Glucosamine/Chondroitin out there, but rather expensive.

Used for my Joints. Doctor suggested. PROBLEM: In the beginning, they had Capsules. I can't find them anymore. I ordered the Tablets .... what a mistake. They are too big to swallow; even when cut in Half. I actually chocked, the half tablet go lodged in my throat. Needless to say: it didn't matter how much I paid for these .... they went into the Trash, after only taking a few. I went to my Health Food store and purchased a different brand, that were in Capsules. Those slide down the throat ... much smoother.

These were cheaper here than at my pharmacy and appear to do the job. Will order again.
