This is ridiculous. Nowhere in the description does it mention how many ounces of the colorant is in the container. This information should be given

Yes it does. But it is extremely difficult to mix & spray. Wasted 1/2 of it before it worked properly

Will this work on rocks?

NO IT HAS TO BE ABSORBED INTO WOOD, STRAW ETC. ROCKS CAN ONLY BE PAINTED AND NEED TO BE VERY DRY OR PAINT WILL PEAL OFF.

I have a hard time clearing all the fallen leaves out of my mulch. Does this dye color up the leaves as well, to make them blend in?

Most likely, no. I think the dye will bead on the leaves, and the mulch beneath will not get sprayed.

will this work on rubber mulch

I seriously doubt it will. It barely lasted on wood mulch and is extremely messy
