Cat Self Groomer with Catnip Pouch,Cats Corner Grooming for Kitten

I think that my cat should write a review. She has already 5 at home. Using it all the time during her walks through the house. Also I have good feedback from my friends who got it from me.

UPDATE Oct 2021: My spoiled cat did not touch this scratcher for a month! After I leave a semi bad review he has been obsessed with it since. Everytime he uses it my husband says "Hey hey he's using the thing you left a bad review on!" 🤦‍♀️ So I figured it was time to edit this review. Doby (my cat) is obsessed with casually rubbing on this product now almost nightly. I haven't even bothered to add anymore catnip and he still goes for it. So now I would suggest give it a month before you decide to trash it because maybe your cat is like mine and will hesitant at first with the hard bristles. I do still stand by my previous statement the adhesives are absolute trash so it still doesn't deserve 5 stars in my mind but 4 seems fitting now. Great product in theory and I was so excited to get it for my cat, but he did not share the same enthusiasm. If I manually brush him he enjoys it, but attached to the wall hes like "HA! No thank you!". The rubber piece are not as soft as I'd expect them to be so maybe that's part of the issue. He loves catnip and seems excited at first but wont participate later. Also the adhesives are awful. If you're willing to put a hole in the wall I'd say do it if your cat shows interest after the second day. Mine never did and I'm glad I never used the nails.

I actually bought for our lab who is obsessed with rubbing up & down our hallways & our sides of mattresses...it leaves a yucky stain & we hope these will encourage her to rub on them..not only. to soothe her but to keep the rubbing in one specific area and with the size of these hopefully it will save me a lot of cleaning...We started by brushing her with them and she loved it...removed a lot of loose hair..she hasn't quite got the concept yet but hopefully soon...easy to install we used the screws for obvious reasons...they don't look bad on wall...yes they are a bit hard bristle but not so extreme as some reviewers say...she is 90lbs so I am pleased with quality to stand up to her rubbing on them...will update at later date to how they hold up...so far I am pleased with quality..just hope they work for what we want

I found a better use for this instead of securing it to the base of the door wall corner or otherwise. I use it independently when I am brushing the cats myself. I do have to admit that in that capacity it works well but I don’t want to use too much pressure to hurt them. We’re looking at the evening so when I’m done brushing them there seems to be a great deal of hair removed. And for that I am delighted. But for the sole purpose in which I purchased this item it is not being used. Lastly cutting the cat nip in the little sides of the Hayden is troublesome and not as easy as one might think. Plus little sprinkles of the cat nip find their way to the floor. So I removed it from the location and the base of the wall where I was hoping they might use it cleaned up the mess and now use it independently. But still I found a good use for them. I hope that your kids enjoy using it the way it was designed. I simply sprinkle some catnip on their scratch pad and they go crazy for it there :-)

I bought this in 2019 and my cat uses this Daily. As I live in a small space I used 2 and gave 2 to my niece for her cat. She said the day she installed it her two cats started using theirs as well and are still enjoying hers. My cat loves to rub his face and teeth on this thing. I can hear his teeth on it when he used it. A year after buying these my Vet. said he had not seen a cat with cleaner teeth in years. And his visits are always good for his teeth and gums. My cat is a 100% indoor cat if that helps and he receives both soft and kibble daily for his diet. These plastic groomers came with everything needed to install. I would recommend this product.

Best product ever! I have a hefty ginger boy who most likely has allergies.....he is always scratching and rubbing his face on anything he can find. I bought something similar to this years ago for my cats that have since passed and they loved it, so I was on the search for a fresh new one. I found this and liked that it was round. I thought it might be a little easier on my cat’s poor inflamed chin. He absolutely loves this scratcher. If you’re a cat owner with a cat that rubs their face on everything like mine, then you know how easy it is to find a spot they like; you can see the dirt and oils from their face on the corner. So we put this in that spot of our house and he uses it all the time. It’s in our kitchen so every time we’re in there prepping, cooking, cleaning, basically half the time we’re home, he is hanging out with us rubbing his face and chin all over it. It is a little loud when he scratches his teeth on it but it doesn’t deter him from using it and it hasn’t bothered us yet. I secured it using the provided adhesive and it has held up extremely well. I also loved that it was a four pack so I added one to his scratching post as I had read in a review....great idea, thank you to that reviewer! And I still have 2 more that I can place around the house or just keep as back ups. I highly recommend this scratcher if your kitty sounds anything like mine, it does not disappoint and my cat seems very happy with it!

My cat is OBSESSED with this grooming tool. Don’t even have to put catnip in it sometimes. He just loves to rub. Sticky that comes with it not so great, had to use double sided tape to the wall

When I read the details and realized the win-win benefit, I couldn’t resist this purchase. These are so simple in design and my 🐈🐈🐈 love them... the only con is that I didn’t invent them, darn! It’s great getting 4 grooming brushes in the package, especially if you have more than one cat. I installed one of them on our cats scratching post and the remaining 3 on their kitty condo so they can all enjoy them at the same time. The kit is smart and simple as it includes 4 brushes, 4 sets of small Phillips head screws, 4 sets of double-sided tape (Incase you decide to install them in a location where you don’t want to put holes), and 4 pouches of catnip. I didn’t think our 🐈🐈🐈 would like the catnip that came in the kit because they’ve always been catnip snobs. We have ordered several brands of catnip that they didn’t like, but they were instantly attracted to the packaged catnip that came in the kit. Our 🐈🐈🐈 favorite catnip is also available from Amazon, which is Yeowww! Catnip Tub. By the way, I chose to use the screws since they’re small and easy to screw into anything. It’s easy to refill the brush with catnip although we simply sprinkle a fresh batch every couple days to keep them interested.

Our cats love these. Keeps them from removing paint on the corners.

I should receive 4 pack (2black/2gray). Instead I recieved only one pack black.

If you want to benefit from these, you will be better of screwing them to the wall. The sticky don’t last

After being avoided for a while, she now knows where to self scratch and loves it!
