Great product!
I was desperate. I'm 57 years old and have such an incontinence problem from birthing my children. I had a cruise coming up and would be doing a lot of walking and swimming. I thought I'd give these a try. This product made me feel much more safe going out without a pad on. Honestly, it's not 100%, but I was able to make it work and it did make a difference. They are not hard to use - just like inserting a tampon. You can leave them in for 12 hours. No problem with removal - just like a tampon. I will use these again when I run a 5k, play basketball with my 15 year old, take a long walk with my dog. My only complaint is that they are so expensive, so I cannot afford to use them every day. Incontinence is such a huge thing for women that I cannot believe that a company doesn't want to make their life changing product affordable for every woman, every day. If these were more affordable, I would use one every day. Really a great, sigh-of-relief product.

Product is TRUE to there WORD!
I am a mom of 3, and no real medical reason for leaks etc.....I tried pads for light to med urine leaks....I hate them because it's like wearing a regular pad. This really gives you the freedom to jump around , laugh, run, cough, sneeze, etc without worrying about leaks. It's used like a tampon but it's made out of material that is breathable, and doesn't feel like anything gross. U can wear up to 12 hours! And still use bathroom like normal. I've had no problems, no UTIs, no odor. I don't get anything for giving a 10+ Rating, because everything I've said is 100% accurate. Only downfall......there is only certain places that sell this item and it's a little costly for a single mom of 3, but worth not embarrassing my kid's. 🫢🫣🤫🤣

Life. Changer.
I had moved from pads to disposable underwear, sometimes 2 pair a day depending on my activities. I spoke to my Dr a couple weeks ago about options and was trying to decide what to do when these popped up on my feed while searching underwear. I read these reviews and searched tiktok to see what the people are saying. I chose size 2 because I have 3 kids, but I feel like I do have some control. These have been amazing from day 1. I can now wear normal panties, which is taking some adjusting to LOL! I had gotten so used to wearing bulky. No odor, which had become another constant. I don't have a dryness issue which seems to be a problem with some of the reviewers. I am still wearing a liner when I go out and about to be safe. I have attached pictures of the box which I feel like has more details than what is in the ad information. These won't work for everyone and I think the box explains that better. I'm back and ordering more and may actually put these on subscription.

They do the job!
What can I say about a product that actually does work... but isn't that comfortable? Whether you cough or sneeze, they will keep you from leaking. However, I would recommend putting a tiny bit of lube in that area prior to inserting it. Otherwise, it's just dry tampon like material sliding into a dry opening....talk about an uncomfortable feeling. Yikes! I gave it a 3 because unless you use some type of lube, they are NOT comfortable, like maybe a 1. But if you use something, they are barely noticeable, so 3 it is. They are a bit pricey as well, but better that than the embarrassment of an unexpected leak while you are out. If you have this problem and were wondering if they work, they do! They will keep you totally dry.

Life-Saver for Active Women!
These are the unsung heroes of womanhood. Whenever I cough, laugh, sneeze, jump, or do anything remotely athletic—well, you get the idea—these little marvels have saved me. I honestly don’t know how I could play my sport without them. Pads are bulky and annoying; these are comfortable, discreet, and actually do their job. No leaks. No stress. Just peace of mind. So thankful for the protection and freedom they give me.

These REALLY Messed me up!
I bought these hoping to Stop having to wear pads. What happened has been a Nightmare! I went fr needing just 2? or up to poss 4? Poise Moderate #4 pads in a day; to now needing between 7? and 10-15+? #5 MAXIMUM &/or #6 ULTRA? pads in a day, depending on. . . time of month?? I read somewhere that in some cases, extra leakage occurs, but is usually temporary. I stopped using them immediately, & wasn't TOO worried about it, due to the fact that it was, most likely, temporary, & that I have other med'l probs, so I'm at home most of the time anyways, so could wait a "bit" to return to normal. However, it's been 6 MONTHS now, & it's STILL just as bad! And, I don't live alone, so there's alot of hiding & sneaking I have to go through, also. Plus, I live "on dirt" & am already having a hard time hanging onto my home, & Definitely CAN'T AFFORD the MAJOR Increase in the amt of pads I have to buy now, along w/what I consider to be NON-Discretionary BOXES, that they come in now, (I'm guessing due to recycling mandates). I'm SO STRESSED about how I'm going to recycle all of these, w/o anyone seeing or catching them! If I would have known the outcome could have been this bad, I would have NEVER tried them! So, I hope before trying them, that this will make some people really THINK about the fact that I believe there IS a chance that something could go wrong & you could have a very negative outcome. Just ask yourself, Do I really want to take that chance?

Uneven in quality
These do help in stopping a sense of urgency and therefore in preventing leaks. But the quality varies so much. In some, the “plunger” ( much as in a tampon) works fine, but in others it is very hard to move. When this happens, the product is wasted. Also, why does the inserter have to be made of hard plastic? This is uncomfortable and not good environmentally. As a previous reviewer noted, when you get a defective one, the pointed edges can hurt. The idea of the product is good, but the product itself varies from very helpful to impossible to use.

I’m dry!!!!!! Just try them!
I was super skeptical of these. I’ve tried another product like this with crappy results. I didn’t bother with the size 1 or 2’s I skipped right to the threes. I was done with this! I wore one last night just to see if it would work before I tried one on during the day. I had one or two or too drops from when I stretched this morning but nothing else! NOTHING!! I’m bummed because you’re only supposed to use one 12 hours a day. I wish I could use them day and night but the box recommends only one a day. I was worried about dryness. I’m Perimenopausal but it’s like a small metal cage. I’m not sure how to describe it but it doesn’t absorb vaginal fluids. I’m going to keep wearing them at night for a week to make sure they keep working. I used them doing dishes and laundry this evening and nothing! I completely dry. I usually wear a size three pad if that helps give some comparison. Just try a box!! I haven’t been this dry in almost seven years! So much better than feeling like you’re wearing a diaper all day.

HAD INCONTIENCE FOR 12 YEARS & COUNTING WHAT ELSE CAN I TRY????
By what the title says I have incontinence now for 12 years & counting, I have had pills, through West Suffolk hospital {Bury St Edmunds} these failed, tried 300mls of injected botox {same stuff they put in your face} this failed, then had major bladder surgery had a clam operation under Addenbrookes in Cambridge, UK this failed and then had another 300 mls of injected botox which was 20 injections, this failed. I would and will try anything once. The sensation of passing urine well, I do not get this anymore until it's too late either a very wet pad or it's dripping down my leg. My incontience is all related to a spinal condition which I was born with which is called Spina Bifida Occulta. I already use catheters to use up the urthea to pass urine. Next operation is an urine bag attached to my body, it was only 2 yrs ogo when I went under the knife and drs are saying go under the knife again. Well it took a year for my body to heal and another year to me getting to me again, as I am disabled already. So through my catheter supplire I did my homework behind dr's back & tried a treatment. I wanted to see if these work. Well what have I got to loose? or gain? Drs at Addenbrookes attutude now is "don't want to give you any other treatments just in case it's another fail?" well what attuitude is that? My attuitude is DONT TRY DON'T KNOW, there is a simular product to this that I am chashing up but this other product is brand new on the market and only on prescription, so whilst waiting for my hospital appointment @ the end of July I thought I will try a simular product that I can buy on the market...and this product is simular so I thought what have I got to loose & ONE step ahead of the urolgy clinic. I do have stress and uriny incontience and thought this product could work and I always wet myself in the mornings and this was a "test" and all I got was another big, fat fail. I did buy size 1 and 3. Size 3 came first and my virgina walls are tight and this was painful. was painful removing it. Size 1 was a lot better but like i said I always wet myself in the mornings and this was the big "test" and all I got was a big fat fail. So this product does not work, so I can go back to the urology clinic and said I have tried these and don;t work, so it looks like I am facing more and major surgery again. I do like the thought and the design of these, non surgical, but like wearing a tampon but like wearing a tampon instead of collecting blood like a tampon does these press on the bladder and urthea walls so holding the leakage but I leaked heavy with one in!!!!!! do not recommend this product that is why it is two stars, postage was within a week, pretty good considering coming from the States.

Efficace !!
