Is this too big for xd subcompact?

The TLR-4 will fit onto a XD compact. Make sure that you order the 69240 TLR-4 though. From the research I did before purchasing it I noticed on other models of the TLR-4 that they did not come with the key adapters that you can change out to allow the TLR-4 to many different rail types/handguns/1913 picattiny rails. The 69240 is shipped with 6 differents "keys" (A,B,C,D,E,F) so you can mount it on almost anything. It is shipped with key A attached but it is very easy to swap out to a different key. I have it mounted on a .45 cal Ruger P345 which I need to use key C. When I mount it on my AR15 quad rail (1913 picatinny) I switch to key E. Your XD subcompact would use key A. Inside the box there is a card that has a list of popular guns/rails and which key is needed for each. Now with it being said that it will fit your XD subcompact, I assume it will not be flush with the end of your barrel. The light portion will most likely stick out about 1/2" or so. My Ruger P345 has a 4.25" barrel and the light sticks out a lil bit on mine. I could care less, but some may find it annoying. The one and only negative thing I can say about the 69240 TLR-4 is that once you have installed it on your handgun it is hard (or at least will take some searching) to find a holster that will hold your gun with the laser/light combo on it. This is the only negative thing I can say about it, and it really doesn't bother me much since I use it primarly has a home defense tool, so it usually sits in my safe anyway. Buy it. Its a great item at a great price.

Has anyone mounted this laser on a Ruger SR9C or SR22?

It mounted on my SR9C. The light stuck out about an inch from the barrel. I shot 50 rounds with no problems. Laser is nice and bright compared to my other lasers with the coin batteries.

Will this fit a full sized beretta px4 storm?

Yes,it has adapters to make it fit many different handguns. I have one on my full size XD45 tactical and it fits that gun like it was made for it, however, the fit is not as tight on my full size PX4 Storm. It can move around a little so the aim point will move under recoil. It comes with several adapters so you can probably make one fit using a dremel tool. Think I'll get another for my PX4 and grind it to fit. Great light. Battery last longer than I expected. If you get one you'll love it. Love it on my XD45.
