Loved it until it stopped working!
I got this in Feb 2019 it is now June 2 2019 and it does not work. I bought two of them and they are both not working! Ao upset that they stole my money. Don't invest in this it does not last even 6 months!

Perfect way to grow herbs!
I actually have 3 of these now. I have the classic and 2 of the 360 models in red. I like having fresh herbs year round and tried to have a small garden outside but the animals kept eating my herbs. Now I use these systems. Easy set up, easy to understand. I basically have to do no work to grow my herbs.

Disappointing
Not the color I expected. I thought it was metallic red but the picture and the actual thing is plastic red. Really lame color. So cheap looking compared to old aerogarden. Not fan of the water filtering 5 minutes every 25 minutes. Hard to clone and grow seeds. Disappointed there too.There's algae and mold growing front the edges of the pod and lid for watering. Gross. The classic 6 harvest was way better than this piece of junk. Only helpful when you don't want to water often that's about it.

Easiest Herb Garden Ever
The product works great. Herbs grow quickly and they grow full. The only issue you have with this model is that the light does not raise up as high as needed for some of the taller and faster growing plants. You have to continually prune as it will block out the slower growing plants. It is truly the easiest way to have fresh herbs in the kitchen.

Lights failed in less than a year
I once loved my red aerogarden which I purchased December 16, not quite one year ago. I loved the light that provides a happy feeling to the darkness of the winter kitchen.But, not so much anymore.The entire right side no longer lights up.In the product description it says the led lights will last 3 to 5 years. Not so.Some other features seem to have stopped working as well.Yesterday, I got to talk with their customer service and they will be replacing the whole system because I was within the 1 year warranty! (Bought on December 16 last year).So happy about that because I love the thing!

Great product- it just needs to work better.
Company's customer service was wonderful & kept replacing ALL the units that did not work correctly. Finally ended up getting larger/ more expensive unit that has a better track record. I really wanted the smaller unit to work.

Never had a green thumb in all my life
This little product has helped me in my ability to grow often used herbs. I diffuse lots of herbs in my water and prefer to use fresh herbs in my cooking. This has allowed me to use herbs I have grown. The reminder lights are a blessing and it is so rewarding to see the plants thriving and even more so to know the quality of what I am using in my water and food.

I thought the light was on a timer.
I thought the light was on a timer. My light is not on a timer. I have to turn it on and turn it off. Kind of disappointed as I am away a lot and I would like to have an automatic life as I thought I was going to have.
