So far so good. This is the third type of Vitamin D I have tried, and all the others are either too large or have an aftertaste (which is horrible). Also, being vegetarian, they are perfect. They are more affordable than other brands. All in all, a win/win.

These are a perfect size to add the much needed Vitamin D to our lives. The PNW does not have enough sunlight to fulfill this need.

To increase vit. D Levels

I was looking for a quality Vitamin D supplement that was reasonably priced and I found it with Forest Leaf. This product a is gluten free and is vegetarian. The pills are small and very easy to swallow. It come sometimes be a challenge to find vegetarian vitamins, so I really appreciate that. It was also the exact dosage recommended by doctor. I also give these to my mother and sister and will definitely be ordering again. I highly recommend this vitamin D.

I’ve been taking these capsules for around a year for low vitamin D levels. I like these capsules because they are vegetarian (no gelatin) and they have a simple, clear ingredient list. I’ve had no issues swallowing the capsules and there’s been no weird aftertastes. I think the 5000 IU dose works well since it gives me easy control over my dosage. My vitamin D levels have increased, as measured by my doctors’ lab tests, so they seem to be working.

I don't have a way to prove this is working, but its very easy to ingest, I don't have any problems taking it.
