Best amp wiring kit to go with? And also what gauge. I'm trying to hook it up to 6x9

It comes with all the wiring you will need. As follows the speakers i would use the wires that come with them, otherwise 18ga should work.

I have a 10inch 50 w rms 2 ohm sub. will this amp work to power that?

In a simple answer, no it won't. Mine was less power than needed for two budget coax 6 inch door speakers. To get any thump look for the higher powered name brands, in either single channel, or dual channels you can bridge. 2ohms will take a good bit of power to get decent bass. I bought this same rated amp 20 years ago, and it made two 6x9's sound good, and loud. No way I would buy this one again, and I wish I had never bought it. Come to find out it has the same power as the 15-20 year old alpine in my dash, so there was almost NO change in loudness.
