The Feeling I felt taking this for 3 nights in a row reminded me of the heat I felt from 500mg Carnitine 1-2hrs later or 7 grams of Bulletproof coffee which I rarely ever drink. I thought My central air was broken but it was on 75 which is usually ICE to me. 4 hrs I feel it kicks in and it lasts 2-3hrs of heat. I may have to test this only during the day and not at night. Non Smoker ever, Non Drinker ever, very strict diet and training regimen. I saw the good reviews on this and all the studies and claims and I figured this couldn't hurt. Subjects/methods: In a randomized placebo-controlled human intervention trial, 214 postmenopausal women, 55-65 years of age, received either 180 mcg/day of vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7, MK-7) or placebo for 3 years. Osteocalcin (OC) carboxylation was used as a marker for vitamin K status, and fat distribution was assessed by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry total body scan. Results: In the total cohort, MK-7 supplementation increased circulating carboxylated OC (cOC) but had no effect on body composition. In those with an above-median response in OC carboxylation ('good responders'), MK-7 treatment resulted in a significant increase in total and human molecular weight adiponectin and a decrease in abdominal fat mass and in the estimated visceral adipose tissue area compared with the placebo group and the poor responders. Conclusions: The fact that changes in body composition measures or markers for fat or glucose metabolism were not associated with changes in uncarboxylated OC (ucOC) does not support the assumption that ucOC stimulates fat metabolism in humans. Instead, high vitamin K2 intake may support reducing body weight, abdominal and visceral fat, notably in subjects showing a strong increase in cOC. A causal relation between the changes in cOC and body fat or distribution cannot be concluded from these data.

I take medicine that causes dry mouth and other complications therefore (I’m told ) tends to lead to cavities. I haven’t had a single one since adding vitamin k2 my-7 to my routine. I’ve used a few different brands but this one works just as well and I don’t get sticker shock. If it works it works and I don’t need to drop $49 on some revved up version with empty promises. Doctors Best is popular and trusted for many reasons I’m sure but whatever keeps my mouth healthy. Notice I didn’t say ‘clean’; I can curse like a sailor if provoked. Or even when not provoked but at least my teeth look nice while I’m doing it ;)

Calcium shouldn't be sold without vitamin K and magnesium this stops the calcium from going into your cardiovascular system you're obviously don't want it there and goes where it's supposed to into your skeletal system don't take calcium without vitamin K2 and magnesium (Theronate or glysinate)

Doctor’s Best is a brand that I really trust. That said, I am taking this vitamin K2 with vitamin D3 so calcium absorption is directed to my bones instead and my arteries. I will purchase again, and recommend it to others.

Purchased this to take together with my calcium supplements since the calcium supplements that I am taking only has magnesium and Vitamin D. Read that K2 should be taken together with Vitamin D. Product came in good condition with long expiry date.
